 List the steps of Meiosis.

Meiosis is a kind of cell division that take place in sexually reproducing organisms which results in the formation of reproductive cells. They are sperm cells in males and eggs in females. In this process, a single cell divides into two, which in turn divides and forms four daughter cells. All these four cells contain only half the original genetic information or chromosome number. 

Step 2

The cell division process occurs through four stages in meiosis. They are prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. Meiotic division includes meiosis I and meiosis II.
