How do I tell if my data is symmetrical. Previously, my data was right-skewed. I was prompted to take the natural log, but now how do I tell if it is more symmetrical or not? It doesn't look more symmetrical looking at the box plot, but I think it could be looking at the histogram. I have included box plot, but I think it would be best if you could see the first box plot and histogram -- not sure how to include more than one image.

Shift in Median and Mean:

**mean duration of stay:** 8.8 days

**median duration of stay: **7 days

**mean of log-transformed durations: **2.12 days

**median of log-transformed durations: **2.08 days

Step 1

As there is no images of the histogram or box plot for both the data, we can infer whether the data is more symmetrical for log-transformed durations by using the provided mean and median of the log-transforme...
