I am studying my exam from precalculus to try and learn from my mistakes on it. I guess I dont understand how to simplify an expression like:

(x+4)/(x^2 +9x+18) - (x-3)/(x^2 +6x+9)

I can factor the denominators, but I get stuck from there. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.
