Reliability: It refers to “quality changing over time “ means reliability always varies over time, it is not constant. Reliability is a measure of the result of quality of the product over a specified time .A reliable product must be perform intended functions without failure under the desired condition over a specified time.

Safety: It is system’s ability to perform normally or abnormally ,without danger of human like death or injury and without damage to the system’s environment. So safety related failures can harm to the system and the users also.
