People who work at SegiTech have a tough job. That being said, SegiTech employees have given feedback saying SegiTech is a great place to work. Sufficient salary, flexible working place, flexible working hours, flexible shifts, improvement of personal requirement, balance with life and work, improve the working environments, team work, respect and good behaviour get from the managements, give freedom to express the opinion are among the feedback from SegiTech employees. The majority are happy with their jobs. Also, the salaries and benefits from SegiTech are good, even for part-time employees where they get bonus and intensive, pension after retired and get safety from the company, Employees also say they like working at SegiTech because they feel like their work has a major impact on others. They like knowing that what they do directly impacts someone and that they are a part of something bigger. Employees also like knowing that they are working with brilliant people. Everyone who works at SegiTech is innovative and creative in their own way, and employees feel like they are constantly learning from co-workers and bettering themselves. There is always room to grow and move in the company and SegiTech is flexible when it comes to wanting to move around in different fields in the company. However, recently the employees’ absenteeism is increase and higher turnover effect the company.
