Hi, you will be able to see exact value of peaks if you go to AlFred site and use the following path:

Categories> Population, Employments and Labour markets>Current Population survey(Household survey)>Civilian Labour Force participation rate

You will have to change the dates on top so that the default graph changes to look like the graph in question.

After that just hover your cursor on peaks and troughs to get the values i've used below.

As can be observed from the graph you posted, the 5 peaks are 43.3%, 42.3%, 41.3%, 43.2% , 42.5% and 43% in the July month of years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively.
