Which of the following breadboard setups correctly displays a method of connecting 2 resistors (the orange ovals) in series with a 6V battery? What is wrong with the other 2?

Step 1

A breadboard is a device used for making temporary test circuits designs. The holes on the top of the board are connected by the strip of metal which is underneath the board. This breadboard is split in the middle.

 

Step 2

All the connections are properly sorted, double lines on the right most and left most are vertically sorted. Resistors are properly connected to the battery as they are in the same columns which are connected internally.
