Introduction

Human body is consisting of around 37 trillion cells in total however the large number of these cells are comprising of blood cells. In normal adult male there are about 25 trillion blood cells present which accounts for about 80% of total cells present in a body.

As we know blood cells move freely in blood, these cells are RBCs, WBCs, Platelets and different type of immune cells. WBCs are the main immune cells and their count can rise during the immune reaction. It can be due to any allergy, or any pathogen interaction or any viral infection. Therefore, WBC count also work as the marker to detect any immune response generated in the body.
