Question

What is the value of k for the following reaction if the initial rate is 2.27 x 10-5 M s-1 and is second order with respect to NO and first order with respect to Cl2?

2 NO (g) + Cl2 (g) → 2 NOCl (g)

The concentration of the reactants in trial 1 of this experiment are [NO] = 0.0125 M and [Cl2] = 0.0255 M.
