Where would you go to observe a midnight Sun? When would this occur?

When Sun is seen at mid-night also, it is known as midnight Sun. In midnight Sun case, sun never sets or it can be say that Sun never lies below the horizon of the observer. It happens because rotational plane of Earth is tilted with an angle of 23.5 degrees with respect to its revolution plane.
