Here, the cold substance is the coffee and the hot substance is the boiling water. Given that the temperature of the 100g coffee is 40degree Celsius, and the amount of water is 50g. Since water is boiling, its temperature would be 100degree Celsius. Apply the condition of temperature of mixing to the system. Assume that the coffee and water have the same specific heat capacity.
