I asked about this problem and got a result that may have not had every step to learn it. I am trying to learn it but it still not clear. 

Write the equation of the line passing through ( 3,7 ) that is perpendicular to 5x-6y=4 

Please it would be helpful learning if each step was more explained. I wish i can understand but not grasping it.
