You see yourself as a highway engineer, so that you are thinking that the maximum centripetal acceleration on a curve is no more than 1.2 m/s^2.

What is the minimum curvature to accomodate a 114 km/h maximum speed?  I don't understand conceptually what is needed.  R in minutes = value in units
