Introduction:

Behavior assessment and thought sampling procedures are techniques to assess the personality of an individual. Behavioral assessment includes observations of the behavior of an individual or checklist of behavior to be answered by a person who is capable of reporting their observations of an individual like a parent or spouse. Thought sampling includes recording one covert thought content periodically for it to be interpreted later.
