So in this condition, they take decision by the help of decision maker team that where we open new branch. In this case, they focus on different parameters like branch should be near to the market, it should be easily approachable by the customer, main branch should be in city, appropriate land is available for the bank etc. To keep all these point in mind decision maker team decides. Team consist of three group i.e. strategic level, tactical level and implementation level.
