High level programming language

• It is a programming language for simplifying computer programming.
• It is high-level because several steps are removed from the actual code.
• It contains easy-to-read syntax.

Low-level programming language

• It is a programming language that provides little or no abstraction from a computer’s instruction set architecture.
• It refers to either machine code or assembly language.
• It deals with a computer’s hardware, components and constraints.
