Amount of oxygen in grams present in lungs has to be calculated.

Concept Introduction:

Density of a substance is defined as the mass per unit volume.  This can be expressed in terms of equation as shown below.

    d=mV

From the above equation, mass can also be calculated by rearranging, provided the density and volume are known.
