If above relation is valid then cork and lead system will float otherwise sink

  3. Density of water
Given info:

Volume of cork =1.30cm×4.50cm×3.00cm

=(1.30×4.50×3.00)×106m3

Volume of lead =(1.15cm)3

=(1.15× 10 2)3m3=(1.15)3×106m3

If weight of cork + lead system < maximum buoyant force then float.

Weight of cork = volume of cork × density of cork × g =(1.30×4.50×3.00)×106m3×ρcork×9.80m/s2

Weight of lead =(1.15× 10 2m)3× Density of lead × g

=(1.15)3×106m3×ρlead×9.80m/s2

Maximum buoyant force =(Valume of cork + lead system)

If maximum buoyant force is greater than weight of cork + lead system, then lead + cork system float otherwise sink.

System float only when.

(1.30×4.50×3.00)

×ρlead×9.80m/s2<(1.30×4.50×3.00+ ( 1.15 )3)

To find this value you have to find out density of cork and lead.
