The degree of Person Y in accounting, which she has completed from University T and with an experience of 10 years in supervising the accounting departments in various other firms taught her what it takes to attain and maintain the success. Her jobs also allowed her enhance her leadership and management skills, necessary traits for anyone, who wish to develop a firm.

Thus, without these experience, Person Y may face trouble in navigating the hurdles for the unstable beginning stage, which numerous new businesses will suffer.
