There is a direct relationship between health and environmental quality as the deposition of the waste material in the air from industries leads to infection in the living organisms.

Explanation of Solution

Health includes the study of sanitation levels, diagnosis of diseases and its prevalence in various villages. The other factors include the availability of clean food and water, effect of the pollution in the environment on the health of humans like deposition of the particulate matter in various organs leading to toxicity. The environmental quality includes the maintenance of the quality of water and air.

The lowering of the quality of air and water leads to the lowering of health of the people living in the society. The burning of the fossil fuels, coal, and release of particulate emissions into the air containing toxic heavy metals and the release of industrial waste in water causes the growth of algae and micro-organisms. This waste material is degraded by these organisms. This causes the spread of bacteria in the air leading to infection in humans, animals and plants. This causes the degeneration of their health.
