The Frederick Winslow Taylor was a scientist and he gave a Scientific management theory, according to the theory of "Taylor" The employees working in the organization should be rewarded for the productivity that they have increased in the organization rather than scolding them for their minor mistakes. According to the "Taylor" not only the employers should be benefited but the employees should also be benefitted and the prosperity in the organization should be permanent.

Explanation of Solution

• The Frederick Taylor replace the working by "rule of thumb" and he focus on using the scientific methods for doing work and finding the most efficient method for doing the tasks.
• The job assign to the workers should be matched with the capabilities of the worker and provide them training for increasing the efficiency of the worker.
• The work should be monitor at regular interval of time and providing them instructions and supervision to ensure that the work is done properly.
• The work should be allocated between the manager and workers, so that both of them can do the work effectively.

Conclusion

The Frederick Taylor want a workplace where "rule of thumb" method should be replaced with the new scientific method of working. If an employee achieves its goals then they should be rewarded. The work performed and the output should be measured.
