The effectiveness of the management is defined as the extent or the degree to which the goal are achieved and the how the problems at the organization are solved. The management expects the manager to give the expected results with his leadership qualities. It is not related with time and cost.

The efficient management skill is that when the top management is asked to perform the desired task to be completed at a given time and cost with a less input and taking out an efficient output. They are related to the time, cost and energy.
