Introduction:
When hiring employees, a company employer considers both their professional and social skills to have a pleasant overall experience for everyone in the workforce. Positive technical and social skills will affect the work environment positively while the converse will affect negatively. Facts such as social cohesion and cultural tolerance in the workforce, effective and efficient communication among individuals, efficient resource and good time management are examples of the skills that affect positively.
