Introduction:

Robert Koch contributions were mostly in the field of disease causing microbes. He gave a Koch’s postulates that helped in identification of various diseases causing agents. In the “Golden Age” of microbiology many other scientists use Pasteur’s and Koch’s laboratory techniques to find the cause of many protozoans, bacterial, and viral diseases.
