Explanation of Solution

Business decision:

• People in large metropolitan area might not have the answer for the question- “What’s for dinner?” because they are all in a rush when it comes to work, family, and so on. So, they have something to eat by the end of the day.
• In the year 2010, Tri Tran decided to start the company with the name “Munchery” to provide the food with high quality, fresh, almost-ready-eat meals, prepared by chef, and with proper door delivery.

Benefits of Munchery’s Operation:

• This is not a new concept, but it offers the chilled meals instead of hot meals.
• This is almost a ready-to-eat meal, which is sold at grocery store, but they need certain preparation before they can be eaten.
• Once Munchery arrive the meal delivery market, the company distinguish itself by cooking a complete meal, then the cooked foods are allowed to chill for cold delivery.
• The delivery of almost-ready-to-eat chilled food helps to reduce the time pressure on delivery and permits the delivery team member to transport more meals on an enhanced delivery method.
• Thus, this business model worked to generate the Munchery’s fast growth with less time and low cost
