Choice between the two:

The choice for storing files each of size 2 kilobytes would be key value store.

Reason:

• The distributed file system is designed to store moderate numbers of large file.
• Each file block containing with multiple megabytes and each kilobyte sized files will result in lot of wasted space in each block and will have a poor storage performance.
