The odometer will register the distance higher than the distance actually traveled.

Explanation of Solution

The odometer counts the number of revolution that the wheel makes and gives the distance traveled per revolution. The higher the tire the higher the radius which gives higher distance traveled.

If the odometer of 27-inch wheel is used in 24-inch wheel then the odometer will show higher distance traveled than the actual distance traveled.
