Consider the equation, r=4cos2θsecθ. Use the Ti-83 calculator to draw the graph.

Step 1: Press the [MODE] key. Use the arrow keys to select Radian and press the [ENTER] key. Again, use the arrow key to select Pol and press the [ENTER] key.

Step 2: Press the [Y=] key.

Step 3: To the right of r1, type 4. Press [COS] key and enter . Press the [ALPHA] key and then  to enter θ. Now, press the [)] key to close the bracket
