Take the value of Tv as 0.742, for the value U of 87%.

Calculate the length of maximum drainage path (Hdr) using the relation.

Hdr=H2

Substitute 21ft for H.

Hdr=212=10.5ft

Calculate the coefficient of consolidation (cv) using the relation
