Introduction:

There are many aspects of personality which are described by different psychologists in their theories. Similarly, George kelley has emphasized on some perspectives of the human life for example : people makes their own constructs, they work by their own will, optimistic nature of human and many other personality factors are being emphasised by the George kelly.
