The transformed coordinates are $(-1,-3)$ , $(1,-3)$ , $(-1,-1)$ and $(-3,-1)$ .

Reflecting in the $x-axis$ means that abscissa will remain the same while the sign of ordinate will become opposite, after doing so the points are,

  $\begin{array}{l}(-1,3)\to (-1,-3)\\ (1,3)\to (1,-3)\\ (-1,1)\to (-1,-1)\\ (-3,1)\to (-3,-1)\end{array}$

Thus, the transformed coordinates are $(-1,-3)$ , $(1,-3)$ , $(-1,-1)$ and $(-3,-1)$ .
