Introduction:
The leadership grid is a two-dimensional model that looks at a leader’s concern for people and production as its dimensions. There are five different leadership or management styles depicted in the grid. They are team management, country club management, middle of the road management, impoverished management, and authority compliance management. The main two dimensions utilized to categorize the five different leadership styles are concern for people and concern for production.
