The interval of convergence of a power series ${\displaystyle \underset{n=0}{\overset{\infty }{\sum }}{a}_n{(x-c)}^n}$ is an open interval (c − R, c + R). (When R = 0 we mean {c} and when R = ∞ we mean (−∞, ∞).)
