Health The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) use a measure called body mass index (BMI) to determine whether a person is overweight. A BMI between 25.0 and 29.9 is considered overweight, and a BM1 of 30.0 or more is considered obese. The following table shows the percents of U.S. females 18 years old or older who were overweight in the years indicated, judging on the basis of BMI. a. Using 3 for 2003, 4 for 2004, and so on, find the equation of the least-squares line for the data.
b. Use the equation from part a to predict the percent of overweight females in 2015.
