Answer to Problem 1RQ

Both objects are similar in its birth, death, density and differed by the particles which oppose its gravity.

Explanation of Solution

Both the Neutron stars and White dwarfs are produced as a result of dying stars. The two are the end phases of an evolution of a star. They will gradually radiate energy into space until it become dark and not able to shine. When it is .dark, it will be very difficult to detect it. The given objects very denser exotic matter.

As similarities mentioned above, the difference between the two is the particles responsible for balancing the inward gravitational force. For neutron stars, neutrons are responsible for creating an outward force which counteracts the gravity. In case of White dwarfs, it is electrons.

Therefore, both the objects are similar in its birth, death, density and differed by the particles which oppose its gravity.
