Emotional intelligence is most important term in today's corporate world. Every manager is been measured based on this quality of their success and failures. This gives the capabilities of managing the stress, pressure especially working in a team at work place.

Emotional intelligence has four concepts to determine its working:

  1. Self awareness: To know about you, this is a kind of introspection about yourself and deciding what is good and what is bad. To know about you is also considered as a part because this gives a balance of emotions and clarity in approach. Professionally this gives composed nature to hold on and let go whenever it is required.
  2. Self Management: To become a good manager first requisite is to manage you. Leading by example can be done with the help of this quality. Management of self have lots of things within it your schedule, approach, quality, work life balancing and people management skills along with stress handling.
