Introduction: The force exerted by the blood to the walls of blood vessels is called blood pressure. The blood pressure is measured in two components; systolic pressure, and diastolic pressure. The systolic pressure is the force by which blood is pumped from the heart to all parts of the body. The diastolic pressure is process by which the blood flow is resisted in blood vessels.
