Similarities

Helping the minor suppliers situated in financially burdened territories and make purchases to help them.

Both Japanese and English are utilized as a part of the working language as it's a blend of cultures.

Differences

The North Americans do less number of work hours in contrast to the Japanese.

Japanese are much slower in the decision process than the North Americans yet they have proper understanding and planning of the project compared to North Americans, North Americans races to the task without legitimate arranging. This could prompt the inward clashes inside the administration.

Conclusion

There were conflicts in the internal management and as a result feedback was indirect from the North Americans and Japanese managers.
