Microtubules made from tubulin are type of fibre that involve in creating cytoskeleton. Microtubules are hollow, cylindrical structures with an approximate diameter of 30 nm. Tubulin is a dimeric protein composed of 55 kDsubunits known as a tubulin and ß tubulin. Tubulin dimers polymerize to form microtubules which have a helical structure and 13 tubulin monomers per turn.
