In the given imaginary pathway, the following steps are followed to identify substrates products and coenzymes.

Step 1: The chemical reaction starts with isomerisation where the alignement of molecules change being the same molecule. Here, it is achieved by 5-deoxyadenosyl-B12.

Step 2: Tetrahydrofolate is used to detach aldehyde group in the molecule.

Step 3: The glutamine alone with ATP coverts the carboxylic acid to amide functional group.

Step 4: a ketoglutarate and pyridoxal phosphate is needed to convert amino group to oxygen.

Step 5: With the use of S-adenosylmethionine, the amino group is converted to primary amine.

Thus, the substrates, products and coenzymes are identified by following a few steps in the chemical reaction.
