Introduction:
Saturated fats are generated from the animal fats and these are majorly responsible for the heat disease that affects the coronary arteries. Consuming the saturated fats increases the cholesterol blood level that can risk lives of the affected people by giving heart disease and strokes.
Unsaturated fatty acids are generated from the animal or plants fats that have double carbon bonds. Trans unsaturated fatty acids increases the cholesterol levels in the body that can cause heart disease.
