Each amino acid consist of carboxyl end and amino group which are joined through peptide linkage to produce dipeptide, tripeptide and polypeptide according to number of amino acids linked to each other.

Buffer is a solution which resist the change in pH of solution on addition of small amount of acid or base to it. Thus, it regulates the acidity and basicity to make the solution neutral.
