Hydrolases enzyme process:

  2. 2. According to type of bond cleaved, a distinction is made peptidase, esterase, lipases, glycosidase, phosphatase so on.
  3. 3. The some class of enzyme include cholesterol, alkaline phosphate and glucoamylase.
