To explain: The difference between Homo hablis and Homo erectus.
Concept introduction: The genus Homo includes fossil ancestral humans and modern day humans. They exhibited the common characteristics of bipedalism, terrestrial mode of living, and civilization. Homo genus is collectively known as the most advanced placental mammals that are dry-nosed primates. Homo genus includes several extinct species. The only surviving species is Homo sapiens. Homo species’ fossils were discovered in several parts of the world based on which the human migration pattern was studied.
