Mr. Arshi was being introduced as a new Board of director for a local Bank to all the employees in the HQ. During a visit at one of the branch offices, he was informed by a supervisor that employee turnover is too high, and no sooner had one employee been put on the job than another one resigned. She told that she had little time to work with the new employees as they came and went.
