Introduction:

A vibration is a constant and repeated motion made by a disturbance in the system. Wave is caused due to vibration.

A vibration is the disturbance in the matter and wave is the carrier of that disturbance in the space. Some examples are light, sound or matter waves. Some of these waves require medium but some can travel in the vacuum or in the space. Disturbance occurred creates it and it continuous to move until any resistance is applied to it. Like in the case of sound or water waves. But, in the case of electromagnetic wave, it does not require any medium. Thus, it keeps traveling and spread out through space with the speed of light.
