Selective hydrolysis gave peptides having the following indicated sequences: Phe-Trp Thr-Ser-Cys Lys-Thr-Phe Thr-Phe-Thr-Ser-Cys Asn-Phe-Phe-Trp-Lys Ala-Gly-Cys-Lys-Asn-Phe 3. Somatostatin has a disulfide bridge.
