When a structure can be halved at multiple planes to give identical parts is said to have Radial symmetry. Roots are mostly of two different types namely taproot and fibrous root. The taproot has a single dominant root with smaller secondary roots extending from the main root. Fibrous roots comprise many small roots with no single dominant root.
