Explanation of Solution

The schema is the blueprint of creating a database. It represents the structural view of data entities and their relationships. The concept of a schema is used in both relational and object-oriented database. Before creating any database, it is important to design a schema so that the creation of a database becomes easy. There are three types of schema that can be made for a database which is a conceptual, logical and physical schema.

There are few uses of schema:

  • Most of the organizations deal with a large amount of data. That data needs to be stored in the database. So, storing the data directly will become a tedious task...
