Highly unfavourable refers to a scenario that requires a turnaround, and maximum situation are not considered as critical, whereas, highly favourable situations lasts for a short a period of time in a rapid growing world.
For maximum situations, people-oriented management is suitable. Most of the world revolves around average of leader-member relations and position power.
In case of moderate favourability, relationship-oriented leaders are more effective because the skills of humans are more important in attaining high group performance.
In case of favourable situations, task oriented leaders will excel, because the leader has all power. When the situation is highly is unfavourable, structure and task directions are needed.
